On 17th October 2023, BSOLS Mentoring Cell orchestrated a highly informative awareness class entitled “Mentorship Nexus: Building Stronger Connections”. The distinguished resource person for this session was Mr. Sigi Antony (Associate Professor & Vice Principal, TRADA Institute of Social Science). The primary objective of the class was to equip the teachers with a profound comprehension of mentoring, emphasizing its significance in their role as educators. Mr. Sigi employed a dynamic approach by integrating activities, fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment. This pedagogical strategy enabled the teachers to absorb the concepts in a highly effective manner. The session started at 2:00 pm and concluded at 4:45 pm.
