Quiz Club

Quizzing is a quest for wisdom and proficiency and it is an art and a test of the intellect. Quiz enthusiast is a curious wanderer who creates a seam where knowledge meets vehemence. Bharata Mata School of Legal studies Quiz Club also known as BSOLS BAR and BEYOND CLUB (BBABC) is a powerhouse body in the Students Welfare Office (SWO) which is renowned for hosting quality quizzes. BSOLS BAR and BEYOND CLUB has quite literally redefined the concept of quizzing. It provides a platform for budding quizzers to hone their quizzing skills and provides an excellent bridge for the new set of quizzers. The idea of starting BSOLS quiz club was discussed during the academic year 2019-2020 and the official inauguration was done on 02 August 2021. The official inauguration of the quiz club was done by the Ms. Rumaiza Fathima, Assistant Commissioner, Income Tax, and a known quizzer. Students are also given opportunities to represent the college in Quiz Competitions conducted by other institutions.

Objectives

The BSOLS BAR and BEYOND club has been formed with an objective to train the students and update their knowledge in various fields and improve their legal and general knowledge which will help the students enhance their knowledge. Apart from that the BBABC club aims to:

  • The Club aims at promoting interest among the students in order to enhance their legal as well as general knowledge.
  • To create a group of young minds with quizzing talent.
  • To popularize quizzing activities among students and to enable the youngsters to fight and win in the field of quizzing.
  • To provide information about the present scenario of quizzing.
  • To encourage the students to participate in regional, state and national quiz competitions conducted by various higher learning Institutions
  • To lend hands to beginners and lead them to the world of knowledge.
  • To guide on specific areas of quizzing and encourage to participate in quiz competitions.
  • To expose the quizzing talents of students by involving them to conduct intercollegiate and interdepartmental quiz competitions.
  • To encourage and conduct periodical quizzes on specific topics among the members of the club.
  • To promote a healthy debate amongst participants in order to learn from each other
  • To promoting group harmony, whether in bars, organizations, Colleges or just a group of friends
