As part of observing the National Law Day, 2022, GOAL FOUR in association with
BSOLS DEBATE CLUB is organizing a Panel Discussion Competition for the students of
BSOLS on the topic “Ban of Commercial Surrogacy in India: Prospects of a Reappraisal”
in the light of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the recent
Nayanthara-Vignesh surrogacy controversy, on the 24th and 25th of November, 2022.
