BSOLS Nature Club organized a memorial meeting for M. S. Swaminathan (Father of Green Revolution in India) on October 16th 2023. He died at the age of 98 on 28th September. The students exhibited a video presentation at the starting of the meeting followed by the memorial speeches made by the distinguished guests, Mr. Jibin Thomas (Coordinator, Dr. M. S. Swaminathan Research Centre, Kuttanad) and Mr. Georgekutty Kariyanappaly (Founder Vice Chairman, Indian Green Building Council, Kerala).
