• 33 years’ experience in Kerala Police Service, from 1983 to 2017,and retired as Dy. Supdt. Police (Dysp.)
• 4 years’ worked as Legal Officer in TVS Credit Services Ltd. Chennai, an associate company of TVS Motors Chennai.

• Presently working as Assistant Professor at Bharata Mata School of Legal Studies, Aluva
• Worked as Chief Instructor of Law, at Kerala Police Academy , Thrissur , and was approved and declared as “ Eminent Resource Person,” Faculty
  of Law ,as stipulated in the Govt. Order ,vide No.G.O.(Rt.)2932/2014/Home Dept., Govt. Of Kerala, dated 6-11-2014.

3. State Police Chief’s Excellence Award for 2015 ,State level award for outstanding performance , as Sub Divisional Police Officer.
